The Berkley Group was founded in 1991 to buy, renovate & resell residential properties. Since then, we’ve bought & sold hundreds of single family houses, condominiums, town houses & duplexes and kept many as rental properties. In the beginning, we used hard money loans for the capital we needed to grow our real estate investing business. Without access to capital, we never would have achieved the success we’ve experienced.
